LeadGeni is an AI-powered lead generation and outreach platform that helps businesses find prospects, personalize emails, and manage campaigns.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadGeni to send spam, misleading content, or messages that violate applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL. You must honor unsubscribe requests and maintain proper consent records.

5. Email Sending

Emails are sent from your own connected email accounts. You are responsible for the content of your emails and ensuring compliance with anti-spam laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate sending policies.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. AI credit purchases do not expire.

7. Intellectual Property

LeadGeni and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadGeni. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of your leads, campaigns, or email content.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadGeni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You can delete your account at any time through Settings.
